If you are anything like me, you probably do not have much time to exercise.  I barely have time to sleep!  As a busy single momma there is always something to do and somewhere to be…Soccer practice, art club, drama club, choir, chess club, guitar class, saxophone class, and the soccer game.  Oh and I failed to mention work, school, and  chores 😉  Who has time to go to the gym and workout?!  But, we do have time to jump!  Grab a jump rope and start jumping!  Jump when you are watching TV.  Do you know the benefits to jump roping?

A person can either try to cut all of these calories out from their diet, they can try to burn off all of the calories through exercise, or they can use some combination of both of these methods. After the first day of jumping rope, you may experience some soreness in your legs–this is because the muscles have been working hard enough to cause microtears. These microtears will eventually heal themselves in a few days–and because of this damage and repair, your muscles will be stronger, larger, and more toned than when you started the exercise.

All you need is a jump rope and a good pair of sneakers.  Make sure you stretch before you start and if you do have some time take a short walk so  your muscles can warm up.  Naturalico’s jump rope provides an awesome, easy work out!   The rope is wire thin and allows for a fast speed pace.  It is light so it is a great rope to start with, but does not provide enough resistance.  This was an easy rope for my daughter to use.
